Commissions

I just wanted to put some information up on my website because I’ve gotten a few questions about commissions lately.

When someone gives me a commission for a piece of artwork, the buyer can have as much or as little control over the piece as they want.  In the past, I’ve had people approach me with everything from detailed photographs to paint, to a single word that they wanted expressed in the painting.  You are welcome to give me as many or as few ideas as you wish!

Pricing is based on the size & intricacy of the piece of artwork, and, ultimately, the amount of time it takes to complete.   Buyers are also welcome to present a budget to me, that I am happy to work with.

I really love doing commissions, because being able to cater to exactly what someone wants, while maintaining my individual style is a very rewarding process, and it brings me so much joy to be able to bring joy to someone else!

Please let me know if you have any questions or inquiries about commissions!

Keep on the Sunny Side

Wow!  What a great turn-out there was at the show opening this past Sunday!  It was great to have people come from near and far to support what I do, and I am so very appreciative and humbled.

It was a lot of work to get ready for the show, but it was well worth it, and I walked away from the experience fully charged with energy to continue creating new artwork.

Thank you all so much!

Sarah
